I've been using my torch for the last few weeks on an injury as well as on my thyroid and thymus gland, and I've noticed more energy and clarity as well as slight pain relief with a coccyx injury. It's a high quality device and so easy to use. I don't notice much heat from it, but I do leave it off for a minute before running it again as instructed.

This is the most incredible product on the market. It is so easy to use, has mutiple uses ranging from oral health to ear infections. I love to use it in target areas. It has been greatly effective after I had a tooth extraction recently. I noticed a huge increase in my healing ability & reduction in pain. It is a must have if yoou have children.
