I have tried many ear buds only to be frustrated with fit and quality. These eliminate any past frustration as they stay firmly in my ears as I move about and the construction is excellent quality. I would recommend to anyone that does not want to be exposed to more EMF than they have to.
I like the sturdy feel of the torch and that it has 3 red light therapy spectrums. I use for dental health and apply light to skin eruptions, brown spots, a finger cyst and overall facial skin appearance. I would definitely recommend.

I’ve only had it two weeks so hard to tell if I’m seeing results yet but it is very easy to use and versatile. I wish the case fit the device better though. It is inconvenient having to remove the dome glass piece in order for the torch to fit in the case, especially because there isn’t a secure place to put the domed glass piece in the case where as all the other pieces have a specific place they fit into. The torch itself feels durable and well made. The battery life is good too. This is the first legit red light therapy device I’ve purchased and I’m happy with it.

my partner is using the torch to healing a dental ussue, im using it on my thyroid and we are also using it on our cat, who has long standing sinus congestion. we have had the torch for a week so its too early to report on results but were all loving the quality and experience thus far.
So versatile! I am really enjoying using this new tool for tooth pain, etc.
