Unfortunately l dropped 1 of the nasal prongs when l was opening it up it broke in 2 as we have tile flooring. I am managing with the remaining prong and will eventually replace the other one. X

I bought the Red Light Therapy Mat. It has improved my skin conditions and given me energy to get through the day. I follow a circadian.morning routine and get sun exposure. I have only had my red light panel for a few weeks but I have already noticed an improvement in my sleep. So far I am happy with the quality and price of this unit.
I use this Torch for everything! Whereas once I was sticking a burned finger into a jar of mustard, or putting a bandaid or bandage on a cut/wound/scratch/scrape, or Rick Simpson oil on a spot on my face, or a numbing ointment on a sore place on my body (a tooth/gum, muscle, etc), since discovering Kelly Bento's Torch, I no longer use any of those. The Torch has replaced them and has became my go-to modality of choice. I literally can't remember when I last put a bandaid on a wound.
Not only does it use Red Light, but is combined with NIR (near Infrared Light).
I have several tips for specific areas: mouth, ears, nose. I've noticed my tinnitus is less since using the torch. And I had a gum issue which the torch healed it.
Best decision I ever made was to buy this product, as well as one of her panels, which I use daily, and definitely notice an increase in my energy and overall sense of well being, mentally, emotionally, and physically.
I purchased the torch and the pad, both as replacements for products that I had purchased in previous years from other companies. The difference is night and day.
