Panel User Manual

GENERAL:

Always hydrate 30 minutes prior to  systemic red light therapy to amplify the effects of photobiomodulation

Use 1-2 x's per day. It is recommended to use within 1 hour of sunrise or sunset to honor circadian timing of red light. 

3-7 days per week

AM use (2nd setting using all wavelengths) Stimulating/Energy ATP production. Primes the mitochondria for the day ahead

PM use (NIR 1st setting only) Calming/Melatonin production/Muscle recovery

8-12 inches away from panel
