Our founder, Kelly Bento, began studying photobiomodulation (red light therapy) several years ago when her brother suffered a brain injury. Unwilling to accept that there was nothing further allopathic medicine could do for him, she sought out the work of neurosurgeon Dr Jack Kruse. With a science background and over 30 years in the conventional and biological dental space, Kelly was able to further her education with advanced certifications in photobiomodulation and laser therapy. Kelly decided to speak to the most well-known red light companies to decide which company she wanted to utilize for her family and her patients. She started with one question "How are you testing your products before shipping?". The unfortunate answer was that all companies are shipping direct from China, with no quality control between you and the product, this was not an acceptable practice. With the support of friends and family Kelly set out to change that by creating, manufacturing and testing her own products. She made the products with the safety and efficacy that she wanted in red light therapy, but did not exist in the current market. All of Soleil Well products are manufactured to very strict specifications. All Soleil Well products are tested at our office prior to shipping to you. Together with her husband Rob, a world class designer that holds 30 patents and her sons, Logan a bioengineer and Caden a current business marketing student, the entire family is committed to innovating, educating and supplying you with the best red light therapy products on the market.
