Before First Use
Battery & Charging

Pad arrives approximately 30% charged — safe to use immediately.

Flashing red ON/OFF button: battery low — recharge needed.

Placement & General Use
Apply the pad to any desired body area, including joints, spine, abdomen, hips, chest, legs, or shoulders.

Use the Velcro strap to secure if needed, or simply rest in place.

Press the ON button once to activate:

NIR may appear “off” to the eye — this is normal. The pad is still active.
