The Torch Tip is durable, but prone to damage when mishandled, having an extra tip on hand is a wise investment. Perfect for multiple users or as a backup to protect against any accidents.
The tip can be cleaned using warm soapy water and wipe down, do not submerge in water.

I believe this is a great and dedicated company but there is no way to contact them to ask questions (which I found quite disconcerting since this is not a cheap nor simple product) so when this product was described as “upgrade your torch” I thought “count me in!!” But then the next sentence says “replacement tip” so I was left totally confused!! With no way to reach the company to ask questions I just ordered the $18 piece hoping to “upgrade my torch” only to find it was truly a “replacement tip” as I got one of these tips in my kit… 😩
I believe this tip is something I will use very infrequently so to now have two is very disappointing. I wish the description was clearer without the enticing “upgrade your torch”‘ commentary.
A very confusing description has caused me to buy something I don’t need and now kind of clutters up my kit. Very disappointing
