Red Light Torch Tip

I broke the original the replacement is a perfect fit and I'm back in red light business

The torch is a very impressive looking well built piece of equipment. I was concerned about replacement batteries when I ordered it but its now rechargeable and im on my first recharge. I've been using the torch on my hands for stiffness and pain from arthritis, its been 2 weeks 2 times a day and there is a noticeable improvement in the mornings already.

Absolutely love this extension really helps get inner nasal and even in the eardrums for me and the kiddos. It’s a great addition to the torch which is already a phenomenal product. Absolutely love this company and what it stands for, as a small business owner, she’s doing everything she can to not only develop quality product ! But personally test every product before shipping to the customer that’s customer service in my opinion and that’s a business that I want to support !!

I believe this is a great and dedicated company but there is no way to contact them to ask questions (which I found quite disconcerting since this is not a cheap nor simple product) so when this product was described as “upgrade your torch” I thought “count me in!!” But then the next sentence says “replacement tip” so I was left totally confused!! With no way to reach the company to ask questions I just ordered the $18 piece hoping to “upgrade my torch” only to find it was truly a “replacement tip” as I got one of these tips in my kit… 😩

I believe this tip is something I will use very infrequently so to now have two is very disappointing. I wish the description was clearer without the enticing “upgrade your torch”‘ commentary.

A very confusing description has caused me to buy something I don’t need and now kind of clutters up my kit. Very disappointing
